We recently purchased a 2023 GMC 1500.
We recently purchased a 2023 GMC 1500. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. The moment we walked in were greeted by Kyle the General Manager. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He hooked us up with Nick in the sales department. Nick not only showed us the car we came in to see but also found several other options that fit what we were looking for. They were able to get us what we were looking for from our trade ins. Terrence seamlessly completed the purchasing in the finance department. Not once did we feel pressured in the process. Best car buying experience we have ever had. We HIGHLY recommend GMC of Watertown!

I received multiple texts and emails hyping my "preferred
I received multiple texts and emails hyping my "preferred VIP" experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There was an ongoing series of blatant lies that compounded the problem. It is rather obvious they were thinking that as long as they get you in there, they will sell you something. The sales team there is only concerned with padding their commission and is NOT concerned with either the Customer Experience or advancing the Ingersoll brand. This was two days ago and today, their BDC contacted me as if nothing was amiss and still pushing to sell me something other than what we had discussed. I reached out to the Dealer Principal, Todd Ingersoll, let's see if he is interested the Customer experience. But, I suspect he doesn't care either. If I could assign a negative star rating, I would.
