I recently purchased a car a little over a month
I recently purchased a car a little over a month ago. It is a 2015 BMW X5. I went at night time to purchase the car. Big mistake. I took the car home and noticed that the car was making noise on the right side underneath the tire. The vehicle's start/stop is also making noise every time it turns on and off like its a Belt or something. It is loud each time the car comes to a stop. I also felt vibration on the brake pads when i stopped. I told the dealer about the problems and they Looked Over the car the week that I bought it. They resurfaced the front brakes. It also turns out that the back brakes only have 25% life left but I had to pay to get them done myself because the dealer would not replace them. The service guy also said "oh the car is not making the noise at this time and what would you expect, the car is old." The check Engine light has also turned on and I've told the sales person about my problems. The lady that sold me the car, Kiara, had seen me in the waiting room when the service department was looking at the car (a week after I bought it) and she just looked at me and then said oh I'm gonna be over on that side. She didn't say sorry for the problems. I hadn't heard anything from her after they serviced it despite knowing the issues. I had texted her afterwards to let her know there were still problems with the car, even after the service. It's taken her 3 weeks-1month to call and leave me a message. I tried to call back but no answer. Don't buy a car from here!!!!
