I took my car in to have an odd noise diagnosed.
I took my car in to have an odd noise diagnosed. For $250 they told me I needed a $3,300 repair of a motor mount gone bad after only 50K miles on the car. When I said I would just take the car back without the repair, the service repairman tried to bargain with me, offering to do the job for $1,000 less! Why didn’t he quote me the lower price in the first place?! Very insulting and dishonest. Never going back to Platinum Chevrolet of Santa Rosa.

All aspects of the purchase were handled professionally by knowledgeable individuals at Platinum. They knew what we wanted and diligently searched and obtained the correct vehicle. Thorough explanation of the various features of the car, EV's are a bit more complex than your Father's Chevy. Closing was quick and painless, we were in and out in record time. We'll return!
