I took my car for a simple oil change and multi
I took my car for a simple oil change and multi inspection. My car was fully operable prior. Next morning my car would not start. It was a frustrating experience with the service department. From texlchnician who serviced me yesterday, ladies answering and transferring calls, and including FH Daily General manager. Stating they did nothing to my vehicle but no explanation as to reason my car is inoperable the day after. I been a long time customer. This dealership has gone to the dogs. Do not take your car for service at this location!!

Dishonest dealer.
Dishonest dealer. Will show lucrative figures in their website through “Calculate My Payment” and you will realize when you reach to the salesperson. When I reached to the salesperson after getting the quote online, the payment went up $177 (81.5% increase). It’s a very nice and cleaver way to catch the prey and do the business honestly!!!! Otherwise the website should not publish the junk figures. I hope the dealer-ship (and the management) knows about the Junk Fee laws that went into effect beginning of this month.

It happens hundreds of times a day! A customer buys services or purchases parts for a car but each interaction is unique and treasured. This is how its been for over 100 years. Back in 1910 Mr Frank Henry(F.H.) Dailey opened his doors to to sell and service this new thing called "automobiles". F.H. had a vision of taking care of each customer like family. To this day we continue with that tradition.
