The dealership was easy to work with and helpful with my lack of technical knowledge. Almost all the paperwork was completed by phone and computer. We traveled down to sign the final paperwork and complete the transaction. It is a beautiful car and I am very pleased with my purchase. The dealership staff is exceptional to do business with. First and upmost Tim gave me excellent service with a friendly tone and was very professional. I had a problem with my late dad's truck that others weren't able to diagnose the problem and Tim with his service men immediately figured the problem. Tim conveyed the problem to me and took care of it within a day. Thank you for having an awesome employee like Tim, businesses need more employees like Tim! Incidentally, I was experiencing this problem with the truck for approximately six months and thanks to Tim he resolved the problem for my family. Thank you Tim for your excellent, professional, and kind service.
