Did not verbally explain the reason they did not address 2 or the 3 issues we brought our vehicle in for. Did not call to let us know our vehicle was ready.

The service writers were both very nice.
The service writers were both very nice. waited 3 wks for a part.was given loaner cars, not very clean, either of them..was not impressed with older service manager, no cust. Svc skills, gave an attitude when I mentioned loaner cars not clean..said "I heard you, you already said that" cockily..I had asked to talk with him since no one could say when part would arrive for shift to park issue.otherwise everything good.
