Had my vehicle over a week to diagnose then was told part was on back order. When I asked about a rental car was told they had no cars, even though the factory warranty states they must provide a rental.

Along with Rick Gill, they made sure everything was clear and fair. Most importantly, they do not try to take advantage of you. I also really appreciated the finance managers in the back office. They were very professional and respectful. No pressure to buy insurance or maintenance packages, just clear explanations and honest options. This made the final process comfortable and stress-free.
