Horrible customer service, from both sales manager (Josh)
Horrible customer service, from both sales manager (Josh) and salesman (George). Refusing to remove or negotiate dealer added items that are not requested by customers is unacceptable and poor business practice. Especially when the items are window etch, multishield interior/exterior application and door guards with a cost of $300 to the dealer but charged $1,800 to vehicle. Was told to buy somewhere else over these useless extras by both the salesman and sales manager. ***Plus $1,796 Dealer Installed Accessories: Window Tint w/Lifetime warranty, Anti-Theft Etch, Multishield Interior/Exterior Application, and door edge guards/cups***
