I have been going here for 4 hrs.
I have been going here for 4 hrs. Took my truck in today for full service, change oil,filter and fuel filter and tire rotation. They did not rotate tires. They did air up the tires. $ 368. For oil,filter and fuel filter. I have been a professional mechanic for 50 years but anyone can see that the wheels were not taken off. That makes me wonder if they changed the oil filters. They didn't wash the vehicle like the add says. I do not recommend this business any more. And you must take all your personal things out they went through mine. It's is very sad, can't trust people to do there job like they should.

Service at Garrett
It was wonderful. Check-in was quick and easy. They were very knowledgeable and polite and listened to my ?symptoms? with concern. Was informed of the problem and it was remedied. Co-bought 2 vehicles from Garrett many years ago. Will definitely buy my next car from Garrett. Thank you so much for the peace of mind you gave me!

Needed some instructions for parts I purchased there for my 2023 Colorado and Keith Pollard looked up and found the information I needed.Since the truck is a new model parts and info are a bit difficult to obtain.Keith went above and beyound the call od duty.
