Was trying to buy a truck on there lot, Called and talked with a sales person. He sent me a proposal price on the truck and I excepted the price. I live far from dealership, I wanted to put a down payment on the truck for them to hold it for a week and I would paycash for the balancewhen I arrived. but they decide that they did not want to deal with internet sale. So they ended up selling the truck to a local buyer.

Took Vehicle to Jones first time for diagnosis.
Took Vehicle to Jones first time for diagnosis. Waited 5 hours to be told needed to order parts. Scheduled to return 2 weeks later for repairs. On that Monday was advised would take about 5 hours to repair, told shop to keep car until Tuesday and I would pick up. Tuesday came at 3pm called Jones spoke with service agent who told me. Oh yea we could not get the part. I asked why did you not contact me to let me know since you had ordered the part 2 weeks prior. She replied this happens. I asked why did you not call me. Could not give me any sound excuse. Wednesday came about noon, received call car was finished. The lack of follow through with communication is horrible. The time it took to fix the vehicle was, since they had seen the vehicle 2 weeks prior unacceptable. Still cost over $300.00 for labor, part was about $25.00. No apology, no car wash....
