GENESIS OF OGDEN

I have a 2023 GV70 3.5 sport advanced. I have had two unfortunate incidences and both were handled exceptionally well at Genesis/ Hyundai of Ogden. The first repair got off to a slow start and my case was eventually reviewed by the Genesis District Manager. Once he got involved, I was treated like a true VIP with a replacement vehicle and excellent service. The entire staff seemed to rise to the challenge and exceeded my expectations for repair. The second incident where I required a review of one aspect of my SUV, went as quickly and smoothly and professionally as possible. A gorgeous brand-new Hyundai Santa Fe with four-wheel drive was washed, with a full tank of gas and ready to go as soon as I arrived. The Ogden Service Manager, Amanda, was exceptional, and not only got the inspection done within 24-hours, but even supplied me with written instructions on another topic I had inquired about. This is a class dealership, and everyone works together seamlessly to give the customer a true cared-for experience. Go on buy a Genesis.
