He was extremely professional. Ed ensured that my first time service appointment at Genesis was smooth and efficient. He was friendly and ensured that I was able to receive a loaner car for the day. He called promptly when my car was completed and I was able to pick my car the same day. Overall very positive experience.

I had such an amazing experience at the Englewood dealership thanks to Ryan Malota and Berk Berkman. My family had worked with them first and were so happy that I decided to purchase my car here as well—and I’m so glad I did. Ryan and Berk were both incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable with my options, and never rushed me through the process. They checked in regularly to make sure I was happy with the car I chose and answered every question I had. Their teamwork and genuine care made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide me through my first purchase here. Highly recommend both Ryan and Berk—they truly go above and beyond!
