After being in a pickle and needing to purchase a car
After being in a pickle and needing to purchase a car ASAP, we chose Sid Dillon Hyundai due to the vehicle we knew we wanted. We went into the dealership set to meet with one salesperson and we’re handed off to another. From there we were pressured to add on packages we did not want. Furthermore, when our car did arrive to the dealership, our salesperson rushed us through the procurement process while trying to juggle us with other customers looking for a new vehicle. The communication between staff must be minimal, as when I went to sign the papers and pay for our new vehicle, the final total did not reflect the deposit we put down upon selecting our vehicle in transit. I luckily had my receipt and other paperwork handy to prove my $500 down. To cap off my experience, my salesperson texted me know I’d be getting a survey and said, “if you could help me out by giving me 10s across the board I would greatly appreciate it. If I get anything less than a 10 they think I didn't do my job.” I felt very uncomfortable receiving that message.

Save yourself headache and hassle
Bought new nissan rogue in nov 2021 to only have transmission problems and alignment issues talked with sad dillon and was told your new vehicle is here just came off truck pick up vehicle to see that the vehicle has been completely repaunted and very bad at that there is bondo in bottom of rear door jamb and it will take almost 12000 dollars to fix but it seems you are going to get nothing but lies and the run around record your conversation it makes them look real bad guess suing them is best way they dont carw about the safety of you or your family learned something from all this if the dealer has there own body shop walk away sid dillon has one and it seems they are pretty good about having there body shop do a sloppy job i shouldnt have to put 12000 dollars into brand new car that was sold as new and law states that anything over 500 dollars needa to be disclosed which it wasnt to do it once ok but twice see you in court we will see how far your lies go with a judge

Dishonest, Shady
After asking specific questions about a vehicle for several days, I was told they could no longer help me with the vehicle. When I asked if the vehicle sold, they stated "Due to safety concerns and mechanical issues, the vehicle is no longer for sale". I questioned the validity of this statement, seeing as how reliable the vehicle's track record was, and the low miles on that particular car. The vehicle is still for sale on cars.com over 2 weeks after they told me it wasn't for sale, and according to other reviews, this dealer has a practice of listing cars online that they don't even have, in hopes you'll show up at the lot and they point you to a vehicle in their inventory that is severely overpriced. With the used car market the way it is right now, I don't understand how an honest, hardworking person is supposed to find a vehicle to drive to work in when there are dealers out there like Sid Dillon. What a disgrace of a business.
