The building is nice, most of the staff were friendly. I liked my salesperson Chelsey, she was great. The vehicle I purchased was misrepresented and I ended up returning it the next day. It is an understandable mistake, and I understand that there is not much they could do without losing money, but at the very minimum I expected an apology. The GM deflected responsibility and could not even offer a halfway genuine apology for wasting more than 14 hours of my time (and money). He did apologize that he couldn’t sell me a car. I don’t like to work with people who can’t show respect. 2-stars instead of one because they did unwind the deal pretty quickly. If you value your time I would not purchase a used vehicle from this establishment.

Hard to get information and actual pictures of the vehicle. Supposedly it was a Genesis Certified Used Car but it was missing one center cap on one wheel and at least one wheel had curb damage Didn’t purchase this or any vehicle from them!
