Donovan was so knowledgeable and helpful! We took the new car on a trip and after we arrived at our destination we noticed a piece of plastic hanging down. We sent a few pictures to Donovan and he shared them with several mechanics. He quickly reported back to us it was merely a cover and safe to drive-what a relief! Dealing with very bad experience with this dealer. Bought new car with this dealer on 9th Mar 2022. This dealer is not at all responsible in giving the title even after one and half month even with continuous follow-ups and said I am in the process of moving to different state this month. The temporary Title they given was 45 days validity, now it also has been expired on 23rd Apr. I already informed this to the dealer, but there is no progress. Title affidavit says dealer is supposed to deliver the certificate of title within 30 days from purchase date, but it is almost 2 months, I am thinking about to return the car or take legal action. Even with continuous follow-ups with the concerned parties, they gave all wrong information saying all documents have been completed and sent to Title department. Finally, I had to contact the Title department and got the actual information, they said the document is still in dealer office. Escalated to General Manager 2 days back, so far no reply yet. Please be very careful buying car here.

I made an inquiry/offer online on Saturday at 6 p.m. Got an auto-response that said I would hear back shortly. Didn't get a response from the Internet Sales Manager until 30 hours later. Called the dealership first thing Monday morning and was told that the salesperson was busy and couldn't take my call. Contacted the Internet Sales Manager who informed me that the car I wanted was sold 15 minutes ago. I was ready on Saturday evening to make a cash offer and drive 3 hours to pick up the car on Monday morning. What good is an Internet Sales Manager if he doesn't expedite online purchases? And telling me that a sales person is too busy to take my call doesn't sit well with me, either. Very unhappy.
