$3000 over asking Price!!!

I wanted to purchase the 2022 Genesis GV70 2.5T. The listed price was approximately $51k. When I told the Saleperson I wanted to purchase and asked for a Purchase Agreement, they increased the price by $3000. Also when I initially asked about shipping the vehicle, I was told the dealership worked with a shipping company, only to state later they don't work with shipping companies due to fraud. My last 3 cars purchased were shipped from other states with no problems. Not sure who they're dealing with!!!

First off I would like to say the sales process with Jordan was good, the honesty and help ((after the transaction)) was not. Once you walk away from buying, trust me, its over. I have traded and purchased over 30 vehicles in my life new, used, leased, purchased so I know the process. Be sure when you work with this dealership you ask them about your tax allowance “”IS THIS ALL I WILL NEED TO PAY”” you get it in writing. I drove back to KY with a $2000 surprise stating I was not given correct trade allowance and dealership gave me higher credit than I should have received. When I contacted the dealership since the trade in was a lease they said “this is a grey area, but we set the number that way for your benefit”. Could they have told me before I MAY have to pay this if my state county clerk catches the “grey” area? You would think they would own up instead of saying “this is the first time this has ever happened” being they are 6 miles from the KY state line, really? Did they want to help? No, did my sales person Jordan want to help, No. Did the manager who called want to help, No, even after he stated something I said that I didn’t ( my advice there is talk to someone who will listen and not talk in your place) . My advice is STAY AWAY, because if you are looking for a dealership to be open and honest making sure they are looking out for their clients whether in state or out of state, walk on down the road.

Emailed the dealership about a Kona demo Wanted to buy the car. It had 7000 miles on it . When I told them I would pay their advertised price. They said it would cost 2000 more. Bate and switch ! Greedy, shady, people. Won’t anybody let people pay sticker price for a car ? That is plenty of money.
