fraudulent activity. issues with their cars. do not trust and buy from them. i bought a 2015 Honda CRV from them. car was good and clean looking. I took it home and next day the starting issues started happening. called my salesman RADEK he says to bring it back. after few days they said it's a VTC actuator. replacement cost around $2000. the service manager is trying to make a deal with me that he will do it on the side for $1500.it's a good learning job for his young son working there also. I was like wow. and this is the very next day. so, they knew this issue and sold it with it. I understand a small issue but a huge issue like this they are hiding and selling the cars. salesman Radek a complete joke and so is the sales manager. won't accept their fault and just showed me off like the poor service that they provide. won't recommend this dealership to anyone.

This rating is for the service dept only. I dropped my gv70 off for an oil change and to get a high pitched engine sound fixed. They called a couple hours later to "strongly suggest" $1200 in 4 or 5 services (like a fuel injection flush, lol). The car has 25k miles and is two years old. I declined each and asked what the deal is w the high pitched engine sound. He said "we r still working on that one". A couple hours after that I gotta a notification the car was ready. The paperwork stated that the issue with the engine could not be replicated so nothing was done. I re-explained how to replicate the issue (ie by driving the vehicle). Without driving the vehicle, they then told me the issue could be one of three parts and without the vehicle setting off a malfunction alert, theres nothing they could do. But the paperwork said they couldn't replicate the issue. Then I took the car to the highland Park dealer and within about a day, they diagnosed and fixed the car. It was a faulty transfer case. When I asked the guy whether it could have been two other parts that caused the issue, he looked at me weird and said "which two parts?" Sounds about right.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE "100% PURCHASE ONLINE"! I tried to utilize this tool to save time. I filled out all the documentation online (credit approval, IDs, insurance, etc.). After many exchanges back and forth (with Yordan) we agreed on a final offer. Monday evening I emailed and said I would like to finalize the deal. Tuesday morning I received an email from the manager (Charles) about the deal. Again, at 9 am I responded and said I wanted to finalize the deal and asked what else I needed to do. At 1:42 pm I received an email saying that the car was sold this morning. Awful experience and a complete waste of time. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The "100% purchase online" was a nice idea, but don't waste your time.
