Sandra was great but somebody went through my stuff in my car & stole a few things & they charged me for an oil change when I had a warranty that guarantees 5 oil changes

I am EXCEEDINGLY pleased with the service department at the Downtown Napleton Genesis dealership especially the tremendous professionalism and follow through by service specialist Sandra Cardona. She frequently sends text messages updating the progress of the vehicle and advises when it is ready to be retrieved. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have her as my service advisor.
