I was in the market for a new personal car. I went to 6 new car dealers for a luxury car or suv. I’m 71 years old and looked at BMW, Audi, Acura, Lincoln and Hyundai. When I arrived at the Jim Ellis Genesis of Atlanta not only did I find the new car G-90, I wanted, I found a great salesman ( Senator Macloskie Boswell) that was knowledgable and wanted me to get the car and color combination I wanted. He was happy to physically show me the two different color combinations side by side that I was interested in. He was also patient as he answered all my detail questions. The trade in values were reasonable and when it came down to the final price negotiation they were very reasonable. Next, the extended warranty offerings ( from Sam the finance manager) were not a hard sell. He just told me what was availiable. He shared what the options were and let me make my own decisions. Again, NO Pressure. These folks did not push me to buy something I didn’t want. I came to pick up the car the next day and the Senator showed me all the new features of the G90. Bottom line this was a Remarkable car buying experience !!!!! Out of the 30 or 40 cars I have purchased in my lifetime for myself and wife all my kids this was my best experience !! Thank you Senator and Sam of Jim Ellis Genesis of Atlanta. Yall will be my first and only stop when purchasing my next car or suv !!
