They picked up my car in a timely fashion and left me a loaner for the day, and when they returned my car all the work was done to my satisfaction b=pus a follow-up call to meet with me after the holiday's and go over all the features in my car, as I need a refresher course...being a senior. Genisus of Naples get's 5 stars from me! THANK YOU GENESIS.

Brought my Genesis in for the annual oil change service.
Brought my Genesis in for the annual oil change service. There were 2 Genesis service providers who each had 1 client ahead of me. There were several Hyundai service advisors without any clients. I, and eventually one other client waited, without any recognition by the Genesis advisors for 15 minutes, before anyone even acknowledged we were there. ( How about just saying “I’ll be right with you, sorry for the delay?”). Pawel said hello, took my keys, said he was going to get the mileage from my car, then spent another 5 minutes looking at the ipad ( maybe checking what else might need to get done, no communication. I was already late for an appt and went out and politely asked if he could call me, instead of me waiting as I was late for an appointment. His answer was brusque. Let me do my job, I’ll just be a few minutes more. He said he couldn’t call me. Maybe he was having a bad day. Really a surprising annd unacceptable attitude for a good service department, and not in keeping with the standards of Genesis competition. Example: A completely different experience with a BMW car I own; they will come get it from my home ( its out of warranty, but they still pick it up gratis) they always call me and let me know whatever it needs, doing the best not to inconvenience the client, I sign off on work from either a call or a text, get whatever needs to be done, and they deliver it back to my home. To Genesis’s credit, they did deliver my vehicle back to me, for a 50$ charge.. Customer service needs to improve, if I am ever to buy a Genesis again. You’re competing with companies like BMW, Mercedes, Lexus. You need to treat your clients well. Felt very rudely treated.
