Worst Service in All Florida to take your Car The Service Manager on this location vandalize my Car taking the Car to another location and paying an individual to remove the chrome paint from my door windows. If you love your Car take it somewhere else or you will regrated all your live. I dont want to be near a Car Dealer that allows their employees to abuse his power and commit crimes. Doral Genesis IS THE WORST CAR DEALER ON MIAMI FLORIDA.

This is the worst service center and showroom in the whole of miami. We got a Hyundai tucson hybrid 2022 not less than in 2 weeks my car showed me an engine check light. We got it to the service station and asked them to chdck whats wrong. In two days time they called us said its ready and we were suppose to pay nothing. When we went to pick up the car and as soon as we start the car the engine check light was up again. They said its a technical glitch and will fix it. We had to leave the car there again and got a rental from them. They called us after 3 days and said this time that the fuel pump and injection was faulty coz there was water in the oil which they were not able to figure out in the first time and charged me $1200 Thats funny. They are complete scam. Also last but not the least they made me pay for the rental as well and kept me stranded in the heat waited for the pick up at the rental car center for 2 hours and at last i had to uber Thats the worst showroom ive ever been to. If you ever go to this showroom to buy a car please make sure you do not get it from Mr.Jaime. After the sales there is no response from him. He will never recieve your call and will never have the courtesy to call you back even if you called him like 20 times.

Maximo was excellent in buying my 2023 G80.
Maximo was excellent in buying my 2023 G80. However, on a Sunday, Parts was not open, and dealer said would send floor mats promptly. Finally, after 3 weeks, received WRONG mats, and another 10 days and still NO correct floor mats!! Great dealer experience, but it's the little things that count!! Where are my floor mats????
