GENESIS OF ROSEVILLE

First they told me a service tech would call me, but they never returned my call. Then they Told me that they had no future availability to service my car, a 2021 GV80 under warranty. And yet they are a Genesis dealership actively selling new cars…just no responsibility to service them. In other words if my car was undeliverable it’d just be a 4800 lump of metal that I paid 75+ K for. Unbelievable.
