I requested same-day delivery, and my new GV80 was in my driveway that evening. Eduardo went above and beyond, spending over an hour walking me and the wife through the car’s features, setup, and functions. All the paperwork was done online or in person under 10 minutes! He even fulfilled a request to bring a red bow for pictures. Even after the sale, he remained helpful, taking my call on the weekend to assist with the Genesis app. The only minor issue was a small contract error, be sure to review everything carefully.
