I'd give them a 3.5 but had to round up. I purchased my GV80 in Aug 2022 when it was only a Hyundai dealer and service was a ZERO. They've come such a long way, so I want to give them kudos for that. Unfortunately, they haven't fully stepped up to be a luxury dealership for service. I was specifically told (while car still under warranty) not to bring the car in for service until 33k miles, when it was out of warranty - so now I'm paying everything for the first major service (dealer ate $50 or something for a $1.2k maintenance visit). They gave me a loaner, then didn't even look at my car until the next day. I needed 2 tires (which I knew was going to be an issue) and the maintenance visit - period. Great I had A car, not great it wasn't mine. If you get a loaner at this dealership do not expect your car back same day, for even the most simple transactions. Finally, two days later I picked up my car and it was dirty. The tech had clearly scratched up the side getting into the car with their boots. They need to insist the car is washed before I touch it!!!! I know my service advisor, Andrew, did his best. Maybe it's still the bad experiences from the first two years of ownership at this place, but Lexus, they are NOT!

Had battery problem with 2 yr old GV80.
Had battery problem with 2 yr old GV80. Called dealer and they immediately arranged to pickup car with specialized tow truck. Once at dealer even though busy they got me a loaner so no waiting. Got car at my convenience. Runs better than before. All cost $. Great service and great people to interact with.
