2021 Ford Mustang Overview

The 2021 Ford Mustang is a high-performance sports car that has fastback and convertible body styles. The fastback body style has five trims available: EcoBoost, EcoBoost Premium, GT, GT Premium, and Mach 1. The GT and Mach 1 trims are not available as a convertible.

Powering the EcoBoost trims is the standard 310-hp, turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder mated to a six-speed manual transmission or an optional ten-speed automatic. Rear-wheel drive comes standard. A more powerful 460-hp, 5.0-liter V-8 that produces 420 pounds-feet of torque is available for the GT. The Mach 1 is tuned to produce 480-hp with the same powertrain.
