Bergstrom Ford Lincoln of the Fox Valley

I recently had an appointment to have my rear brakes repaired, and also to have three recalls addressed with my vehicle. the service attendance scheduled a day a half into the next day for the appointment so I rearranged my schedule for that - when I arrived at the dealership in the morning to check in the next service manager, who is different said that the recalls did not need to be performed unless I was having problems - therefore, I didn’t need to leave my vehicle for a day and a quarter however I had already rearranged my entire schedule. The brake job only took two hours and I had my vehicle in the morning. Left a review about the waste of my time for rescheduling, but Bergstrom does not follow up on any negative reviews that are provided to their own dealership, therefore this is the only avenue to provide feedback to them. This would be the same pattern that they follow with any service follow ups that are not positive.

1. Be prepared for the old bait and switch. If you wanna buy tires at this dealership, they guarantee the lowest price, but if you find one that is lower priced, they make up all kinds of excuses for why their tire is not priced the same and will not honor it. Either stop making the claim that you have the lowest prices or simply honor. The guarantee of a customer finds a comparable lower price for the same tire.

We purchased a 2024 Luncoln Nautilus with 5k miles. We needed to bring it back for some minor items. Bergstrom said it would take a full day and they didn't have a loaner available. Ally suggested that Bergstrom pick up the car from my residence. WOW! That was above and beyond. Ally also texted me periodically throughout the day to let me know the service progress. I appreciated this because then I could have an idea of when my vehicle would be returned. Ally texted me when the driver left Neenah and in 20 minutes, our Nautilus was in our driveway. Shout out to Matt N for his salesmanship as well!
