Dave Immel is the perfect example of the "Peter Principal." Promoted far beyond his competence he spins social media stories and does damage control for Lynch. Dave and Jeremy's noxious lies are shocking -- even in the automotive industry. Of note is Dave's servile obedience to the Lynchs' will-- ethical or not. When Lynch hires stooges like Dave and Jeremy you know what you can expect from the dealership. First impressions of Dave, Jeremy and Lynch: Dishonest. Miserly. Argumentative. Manipulative. Incompetent. Dave Immel not only embodies all these qualities but excels and promotes them for Lynch.

What a pleasure it was to work with the entire Lynch staff! Patrick Smith went above and beyond from the get-go. He recently sold a car to my brother, so I already knew I was in good hands! I wasn't in any hurry to purchase a new car; I was simply just shopping around. Patrick and I initially spoke over the phone... a good 30 minute conversation. He truly listened and talked thru things with me. We scheduled to test drive a couple of cars the following weekend. I was able to free up time during the week and, with short notice, Patrick was able to accommodate. He never rushed any conversation, never pressured any decision and was gave his honest feedback on the vehicles. I fell in love with the 4Runner I test drove and schedule an appointment to come back the following weekend to pull the trigger. Patrick had scheduled PTO but came in just to meet with me and help me seal the deal. He was extremely responsive via phone and text to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout this process! Phath Ty, the Finance Director, was incredibly patient with me throughout the days; also incredibly responsive. After coming to agreement on numbers, Phath made the transaction extremely quick and easy! He took the time to explain everything, but also had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time. I was in and out within an hour! Phath and Patrick were an extreme pleasure to work with. Our family will most definitely be sticking with the Lynch group because of these two. Highly recommend purchasing your next car (used or new) thru Lynch; specifically Patrick and Phath!
