Happy in a newer vehicle

All Sales, No service
Bought a used van from these guys, 1 year old, 30k miles. On the way home we figured out the heater doesnt work, only to call the dealer and have them tells us they knew about it but didnt have time to fix! They advised us to take it to another dealer as it is still under factory warranty to get it fixed. Anything to sell a vehicle, after that you are in your own!

There was an unfortunate miscommunication between sales and service regarding the heater issue, please accept our sincere apologies for that. To be fair though, we did offer to bring you a loaner vehicle so you wouldn't be inconvenienced in any way. We would then arrange to have the warranty work completed at the Chrysler dealer in Rhinelander at no cost to you. It is certainly not our intention to provide poor customer service and we will continue to work hard for our customers as we have for over 34 years.
