Unsatisfied
We have purchased our Ford F-150 vehicles from this dealership for the past 4 or 5 new vehicles. We usually trade every three years. We have always been happy with their service, etc. This purchase of our 2022 F-150 is an exception. There was no Sirius radio. No one has the same answer. They say it is now an option. We were not told that upon ordering. We checked on the tax credit that was available for this model and wasn't given much of an answer for it either. We were able to use the tax credit as it was; however. Again when asked about the Sirius radio they didn't have much of an answer for us. I know this issue with the radio is minor but it would have been easier if we would have been made aware of it before we ordered the vehicle. Not happy with the service this time.

The salesman Buck, and Tommy from the Quick Lane were great to work with. If there were any questions, or concerns they were answered, or corrected. Awesome customer service!
