Worst car buying experience I have ever had, all because
Worst car buying experience I have ever had, all because the service team is the worst I have ever seen. I bought a car and wasn't able to pick it up for over two weeks because they needed to do some work on it, then I had it for less than 12 hours and had to bring it back because they didn't even fix the problem and I found more major issues with the vehicle. I then didn't have the car for 3 more weeks while they tried to fix the issue. I finally got it back, and the problem was STILL not fixed! When I took it back in the "master technician" drove it and couldn't find anything wrong with it. As soon as I took him out for a drive, he was able to see the issue, which was an obvious transmission issue that everyone should have been able to notice when driving (especially a "master technician"). Now it is back in yet again for the same issues that they apparently are not capable of diagnosing and resolving. On top of the service technicians not being able to fix the issues, the customer service team is awful about communicating and I only ever get updates when I call in to specifically ask. They will say they will get back to me with an update or that my vehicle will be done at a certain time, then that time or day comes and goes and not a word out of the service department until I call in and they tell me it will be more delayed. I would never recommend buying a vehicle or having a vehicle serviced at Van Horn in Lomira since clearly, they do not do their due diligence before putting a car on the lot for sale, and the "master technicians" on the team do not know how to fix the vehicles they are tasked with working on.
