Probably the worst service department I've ever worked with. They're dishonest. Cannot communicate even at a base level. They seem to be completely incompetent because my son has had two engines replaced there in the last 3 years. He traded the first one in about a year and a half ago. A little over and that engine went. Thank God that was under some kind of a warranty which was crazy but when they put that engine in they screwed up and the motor mounts broke. The engine dropped and damaged and axle some other parts and they refuse to fix it lying all the way about what it was and what it wasn't. So my son had had to pay $300 for a tow and pay over $300 for rental car since then because they wouldn't give him a. Loaner and they said that the cost to repair the vehicle was going to be over $3,000 for something he should have taken care of in the first place but other lies and covering up because Ford is very good at that. Not wanting to pay what they have warrantied and I have to borrow him the money which I do not hav e because I'm a disabled veteran with disabilities and that doesn't matter to anybody either. Not at that place. I can guarantee you that I or anybody in my extended family will ever buy a card from those untrustworthy backstabbing lying people

Recently purchased a new vehicle here through Doug Wojtczak, and could not be happier. He made sure all our needs were met every step of the way, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. This is the second brand new vehicle we have bought through him, and will be back again in the future!

Took my vehicle in for service due to a charging system fault indicator turning on and off. I waited for over 8 hours for them to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle and then charged me $80 for diagnostics. Called GM and left multiple VMs but he never called me back.
