Sell you Lemon of vehical and don't stand behind it. Owned little over month and want to trade jeep back since was in shop 4 times already. Want me to take 7000 dollars less than what I just paid. Ripe off used car lot. Don't stand behind the vehicles that have issues

I was told by an oil change outfit that my beloved Ford
I was told by an oil change outfit that my beloved Ford Taurus was leaking transmission fluid. The staff and mechanics at Bergstrom found the real problem and it was repaired promptly. Mr Chris, Ms Nicole and Ms Alicia were great. ….. from now on I am only taking my Ford Taurus to Bergstrom Thank you all

We bought a 2025 Platinum Explorer from our salesperson, Haley. She was fantastic. Very thorough and easy to work with. The process was streamlined and her level of expertise about the vehicle was great. But it didn’t stop there. The sales manager, Gary, helped us work through the final details and the finance manager, Creed, helped us close it out. After all that Haley went through the whole vehicle to show us all the accessories. Wow what a great experience! That’s how it should be done. Thanks Bergstrom Broadway Ford!
