Excellent all around dealership - Sales to Service
I worked with Tim, John and Dusty and can’t say enough about the experience. Kind, attentive and honest. I picked out the vehicle and signed papers and had my vehicle in less than 24 hours!

incompetent
Took my car in for a front alignment . I was told my car has negative camber . The mechanic came over and told me that the strut must be replaced. I could do one or both which is recommended . Cost $827.00. A 2010 Doesn't have a camber adjustment. TSB(Technical Service Bulletin ) tells the dealer service dept. how to diagnose an alignment problem and use certain specifically sized control arms to correct the camber problem . This isn't your typical strut it has a upper and lower control arm. Thus the strut is nothing more than a spring and a shock absorber. I would have spent $827.00 and the problem with the car would not have been resolved. So is the mechanic ASE certified ? I spent $113.00 for a alignment for which I received nothing .
