Worst shopping and buying experience ever weren't willing to reach out to banks of my request and became very pushy and aggressive when I found my own bank to go through seemed to make them unhappy and made the process even worse at that point was very unfortunate that they wouldn't honor a price listed at a different location a week prior cuz Hayward has there own pricing and if I wanted for the prior price I should have reached out when it was in rice lake according to manager Steve . Even when I countered a offer with buying 2 products for full value for the rice lake price he responded back with no I will not budge on the price and that final and then stated if I wanted the truck and the products I promised then the price would go up 2k and the final straw was when Steve said if you want this truck and the products bring me a check for this much and that's final offer. when trying to negotiate a price got numerous snubby remarks from the manager Steve on how they could sell the truck for way more and it was already below value made me feel very unwelcoming. The only decent experience was meeting the salesman Dylan was very respectful and non-pushy unlike the other staff. Will definitely not go back to the Hayward dealership again.
