I went in for an oil change and waited almost 2 hours for it to be done and they weren’t busy at all. I should not have to sit there and wait that long for something that should take 45 minutes at most.

I've been looking for a truck for several months now and I finally found one that looked to be perfect for my needs. I live 2 hours away from the Dealership so I was sure to ask plenty of questions ahead of time. I was assured that the truck had been through their 172 point inspection and that the truck was in great shape Mechanically, physically, and was ready to sell. When I got there I found a truck that needed new breaks, new tires (like right now), and a much needed alignment. The right rear tire was badly sliced and rotted, the front right tire was wearing on the right side obvious front end issues). When I it it had some kind of wobble in the front end and had a horrible burning smell. How it ever got through the coveted 172pt inspection I'll never know... Not only did they waste 4.5 hours of my time but also my friends that came along to drive my car back if I did purchase it. Long story short they could of dropped the price by 10k and it still wouldn't of been a deal.
