My oil change went smoothly.
My oil change went smoothly. They took my vehicle in to service on time and as scheduled. The wait time seemed to be less than a half hour and I had a nice clean place to wait. When I returned home I checked my oil level and the it was clean and exactly where it should be on the dip stick. Nice guys to visit with while I was there too.

The sales person was clearly only interested in selling
The sales person was clearly only interested in selling the car we drove 5 hours and briefly discussed the price and he said he has 4 people interested in it and that’s the price. The car was smoked in but it was what we wanted so we didn’t say anything. The finance associate was much more pleasant and was quick getting everything handled. The sales associate didn’t know anything about the car I’m assuming because it was a Kia and not a ford but it left a bad impression. One I probably wouldn’t buy a ford and if I did it wouldn’t be from this dealer.
