Discouraged from the get go with everything associated with Rosen Ford, Belleville WI. Scheduled an appointment for the installation of brake pads. Was told I must do Pads and Rotors. I disagreed, was then put on hold by the service call operator. However, I could hear the question in the background "Do we install just brake pads without Rotors?" The answer was "yes. we do, because Rotors are quite expensive." So nice when a service call operator tries to tell you what to do when they do not have a clue about the services they are actually providing. As it turns out, I did not need Brake Pads, I needed Rotors instead, which I ws informed of via a phone call, which is the only thing I appreciated about the entire experience. I opted not to change Rotors due to exorbinant price that was offerred. Also, on the original phone call I explained that my blower motor had failed and would like it replaced. I was also told that tire rotation is included with an oil change. (They did not rotate my tires, even though they had them off to diagnoge brake pads/rotors.) When I arrived to pick up my car I was presented with a bill for $489. I suggested this must not be correct. I asked for what? I was told Oil Change - Brake Pads(needed to be removed from bill)- and $172.80 to diagnose that my blower motor needed to be replaced, of which I had already informed them that it failed on the original phone call. After a "courtesy" inspection was performed, I received another call from the dealership asking if they should order a blower motor for $370, a battery for $311, and a cabin air filter for $126.. I called a rival company shortly after I declined their offer and got a quote over 50% less than I was offerred from Rosen Ford. An additianal 40% could be saved if I were to complete these tasks myself, which I now will. HEED THIS WARNING : Stay clear of Rosen Ford Belleville WI or you may end up hungry and homeless.
