Honestly this is for the shop. The manager at the shop is amazing. This has been a few years ago, but he really does have a big heart. I truly liked him. My Ford had transmission problems and we had just bought the car and they was gonna charge me for stuff. Let's just say that he truly helped me.

My elderly and ill mother paid $24k for a used car and 2 days later she is broke down - strut, axle and belt. The car had been previously wrecked. They are refusing to let her return the car. Glad I'm a paralegal and know plenty of lawyers and the AG. What is wrong with you people?

I went to the Charleston WV location. You all advertised 130% above blue book will I didn't get offered that. My truck blue value is 5124.00. You wanted my truck and 2000.00 for a down payment on a used vehicle. I won't deal with you again
