I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy "808" and his boss Kiyoshi at Kendall Ford Vancouver!! Ive had my new truck for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier! This is my 100% honest review of my experience.. I viewed a 2018 Nissan Frontier that Kendall had advertised online. I sent inquiry, Jeremy responded via text almost immediately. We soon spoke over the phone, I explained my situation of negative equity in my current car and a low fixed income. I really pushed the fact that it has to be the right deal.. right payment, right vehicle or I wouldnt bite. Jeremy assured me that if I would make the trip in, he'd be able to make the deal I needed/wanted. To be honest, I was skeptical.. heard it before just to get the run around or a bad deal. To my very pleasant surprise, "808" did exactly what he promised! Before I arrived he and Kiyoshi had already discussed a few options for me. First option was a really good deal but more then what I needed.. I wanted mid-size crew cab truck. Again, first truck (chevy silverado 4x4 zr1) was beautiful and a great deal but more than I needed. I honestly figured this would be the moment it would all fall down and id leave with no new deal and frustrated.. just the opposite happened! They brought out my dream truck! A beautiful black Nissan Frontier SV! So this would be the point now to get me excited, stick me with a ridiculous price and high payments right?? Wrong again! They swallowed 6k of negative equity on my trade in and still sold me the Frontier for 1k under blue book! The truck also qualified for Kendalls free 6 month power train warranty so no worries that I was getting a great deal on a bad truck.. I absolutely love my truck, I have zero buyers remorse, kept the same payment as my trade in, cleaned up a ton of negative equity and now have a vehicle that will retain its resale value long after I get my use out of it. Thank you again Jeremy "808" and Kiyoshi for taking great care of me!

our special order Bronco came in was being advertised for alot less than what we paid for it. same VIN number when asked why and showed them the advetised price the answer was it magically disappeared. We still bought the Bronco, only because we waited for it for 5 months, but when talking to the general sales manager Derek, he promised to look into what happened and to this day has not gotten back to us. I would avoid this dealership at all cost as they do the switch and bait approach to fair pricing. By that I mean advertise for one price but then change the price once you are there. They also placed advertised mud flaps on the Bronco which looked horrible, this was a special order vehicle, so now I have holes where the mud flaps were, way too many issues to make it a smooth transaction, should not be like this.

THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. By far ... in over 45 years of buying cars. My previous Ford Escape was totalled in January. I found a replacement to purchase at Kendall Ford in late March (after the hassles with the insurance settlement.) They lied to me several times. They did NOT listen to what I needed and I ended up NOT getting what I asked for in the deal. Lindsey was the finance manager we dealt with and she was HORRIBLE at explaining all the details. I had to go back to the dealership SEVERAL times to get copies of paperwork I had requested NUMEROUS times. I told them SEVERAL TIMES that I wanted gap insurance on the vehicle (after dealing with a car that was totalled). I NEVER GOT IT, and after 30 days from the purchase date you can't get it. Then it took them nearly 2 months to get the paperwork to the lender so the purchase could be funded. AND it was over two months for them to get the paperwork to the Oregon DMV so I could get the car registered and get license plates. The whole experience was just SO AGGREVATING AND STRESSFUL. Not to mention I'm handicapped and this whole process was too overwhelming.
