I’m mortified, I wasn’t greeted until after another
I’m mortified, I wasn’t greeted until after another customer pulled in the bay behind me and was helped first. Kiley took a video of my truck and for some reason decided to fiddle with the seat and latch that was one problem and pull on the exterior shield making it worse (further loosening) which was the second problem. They had some young kid Lucas Weinstock work on my truck who had it for hours? Long story short Kiley stated he slammed the seat to get it to latch, they had to order the shield, that’s all. My BRAND NEW TRUCK was damaged (paint) on the door on the side where the latch wasn’t working, he slammed it into something or something into it, Kiley insisted it wasn’t possible oh but it was and he did because there wasn’t any damage too my truck when I arrived and the video she took of my truck she said mysteriously disappeared off her phone. How convenient, I asked her to look at the work shop cameras and no response. She said she spoke to her manager about it and they spoke to Lucas that worked on it and of course he denied it, he stated he worked on the latch from opposite side, hmmm that really makes sense, not. But there are also rub marks on my paint and trim on that side as well. WHY, can’t they take accountability for what they did, Kiley and the manager weren’t out there to see what he did so how can they be SO SURE it couldn’t have happened when I know it did. This is a dishonest dealership, not to mention the manager never bothered to contact me either, so I don’t know who he was? Zero accountability for damage they caused to a brand new truck. It’s sickening how you cannot trust businesses with your property, I work hard for what I have and shouldn’t have to pay for damages someone else caused. So if you go to this dealership you better make sure to take your own video and pictures because Kiley will mysteriously lose the video she takes!
