Terrible experience!
Terrible experience!! Scheduled a test drive and the car was filthy. Took over 5 hours without financing because of all the mistakes in paperwork. Not willing to use power of attorney. Car was dirty upon purchase. Only willing to negotiate tax credit that would be received regardless. My family and I will absolutely never go back!!

I initially called them from about an hour's drive away. The Maverick I was interested in was parked by the door and ready to go for a test drive by the time I got there. All my questions were heard and answered calmly and professionally. The salesroom floor was quiet, clean and comfortable.
