False advertising. The mileage of the vehicle was off by 12,000 miles. I drove all the way to the dealership and the mileage was way off. Their inspection report was 6 month old and based on lower miles. The car had been poorly painted, and they tried to say that it had never been in an accident. They just tried to convince me that paint doesn’t matter and that it must have been repaired by someone who knew what they were doing. The CARFAX was clearly wrong and they tried to brush it off.

I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150, and my experience has been incredible so far. After driving it for about 2,000 miles, I am very pleased with my decision. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. A little research on the vehicle I bought confirmed that I got a great deal, in my opinion. Pierre Ford of Lynwood was more than fair when it came to their financing and vehicle pricing. I want to give a shout-out to Carlos and Sergio, who helped me throughout the entire process. I also want to thank Steve, the finance manager, who assisted me with my financing and explained my warranty options. Lastly, I appreciate the woman who appraised my trade-in.
