We were traveling through the area when we broke down in

Reviewed by Don Tuohy from Fallon, NevadaJune 18, 2024

We were traveling through the area when we broke down in our pickup towing a trailer on a Friday night. Having our truck towed to Pat Armstrong Ford, we were contacted Saturday morning by Alfonso who said they’d get it right in it. Well he did and discovered a coil had gone bad. He repaired the truck and we were on our way. Thank you Alfonso for being so considerate and getting us back on our way to Alaska. You’re a worker with outstanding work ethics. I highly recommend Pat Armstrong Ford of Wenatchee WA!

Ordered my 2022 F250 from Armstrong Ford.

Reviewed by Not happy camperAugust 10, 2023

Ordered my 2022 F250 from Armstrong Ford. When ordering Nathen walked by and had taken a look at my 2015 Expy and mentioned in passing a reasonable trade in value. Three months later when the F250 arrived, suddenly the trade in value of the Expy was low balled. I had the ability to pay cash for the F250 and sold my Expy outright to a used car lot for $500 less than Nathen originally stated. Love the truck, not so much the dealership!

Ford should be ashamed

Reviewed by Isaac from East Wenatchee March 29, 2023

6 Months to fix a recall, I never like to leave a bad review, but my experience was terrible. Let's talk about my wife's 2014 Ford Focus SE. The car always had shifting issues and had a bit of a shudder/shake when in 1st or 2nd gear. She was the second owner, purchasing the car from Enterprise with about 30K miles on the odometer. I brought the car in to Valvoline for an oil change at just over 100k miles, they said the transmission fluid needed to be changed, but only Ford can do it. Nobody in the valley would change this fluid and Ford charged a premium to do it. The tech approached me while I was in the waiting room and told me the Transmission Fluid had previously been changed, and the wrong fluid was put in the car, they said the color was wrong, that’s how they knew. I asked to see the fluid, the tech said it’s been disposed of and I couldn’t see it. I checked with Enterprise and the dealership that the car was purchased from, nobody changed the Transmission Fluid. The tech said the wrong transmission fluid will cause irreparable damage to the transmission. Nobody at Ford mentioned this car has multiple transmission recalls and a buy-back recall from Ford that we never received. Turns out these cars have tons of transmission issues, there’s even an ongoing class action lawsuit against Ford about this very issue. Multiple service techs told me they have done multiple transmission replacements with no resolve. They would not repair any of the recalls (transmission shudder) or buy the car back, because the recalls expired. Frustrating. After Ford lied to us multiple times, the car would not go in reverse, they said it was the Transmission Control Module; once again, no local mechanic would touch this because it was Ford specific. The Transmission Control Module was covered by a recall, but the techs said with little remorse it would take months to get the part in and we were s*** out of luck. They said they had 6 cars with the same issue, that have been sitting for months. This forced us to pay off the car and buy a new vehicle (even though we were not in a position to). Ford would not buy the car or provide a rental. We left the car at Pat Armstrong Ford in July 2022, because it was having issues shifting and wouldn’t go in reverse. We never got a SINGLE call. I called about once a month or more to check in. They were always rude and upset when I called. I asked for the GM’s contact info and they said that’s not going to happen. We got a call half way through December 2022 saying the car was ready (almost 6 months later). I arrived to pick the car up, and I was blown away by the condition of the car and the lack of care that Ford took. The car had multiple tires with low air, needed an oil change (never was notified), there were paint chips covering the entire car (especially the hood), large door dings in both driver doors, a dent in the rear passenger door (about 2 ft long), damage to seat fabric, the rear doors were taken apart and put together incorrectly and are now loose (repairing a recall for the door handle), the interior vinyl of the doors were scratched and there were many other new cosmetic issues. They never detailed or washed the car (I know that’s an easy thing for them to do). It’s obvious that they didn’t check on the car in the 6 months they had it because I had to pay to replace the $215 1 year old battery that was destroyed while they had the car. The service techs even said, “yeah, they don’t really care” and “your just like the other 6 customers that have been waiting months”. I can’t believe how poorly we were treated. Pat Armstrong Ford needs a total revamp. As someone who has been in customer service for 16 years, I was blown away. What’s happening to the car industry????
