The service department staff are wonderful people, very professional, patient and tolerant. They worked on my vehicle for 2 weeks until it is now diagnosed and partially fixed. Im so grateful for a gentleman like Alpha who did all he could to put a smile on my face. God willing, I will return to have the rest of the problem to be fixed. He is such a professional staff and very understanding and tolerant. I will recommend Ford@Bellevue to anyone requiring service. Im so grateful that I can now drive my vehicle with a peaceful mind.
