Criswell Ford of Woodstock

I have never left a review for anything. But after this the experiece today; I recently bought new tires from Criswell and the dealership was not the lowest price. Dealer did not Road Force balance the first time, had to take it back a argue my case (it is recommended and new cars are Road Forced. Today I was told Criswell Ford does not offer free rotation, I suggest you go to one of the independents or Discount Tire. Every time I have tried Criswell Ford other than when the early team was in place (Mr. Perry and team) it has been people who don't know answers and a hassle. I was planning to look at a new vehicle for my wife while waiting, I left. Wish Mr. Criswell had an idea of the issues. I guess I'll take Luray Ford up on their offer to pick up my truck and service it in the future.

After dealing with another dealership's service department and their "part-changers" who were totally clueless, I decided to take my vehicle to Criswell Ford in Woodstock. These folks had actual mechanics and technicians who almost immediately diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. I was truly impressed with the whole process. A shout-out to Brittany is in order also; she communicated at all the appropriate times and kept me in the loop. Excellent service!

We had been having issues with a parasitic draw on the 12volt battery and they kept working on it until it was resolved. Very happy with the level of service provided and the continuous follow up appointments until they solved the issue.
