"This is How Car Buying Should Be!" I had one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect, honesty, real professionalism There was absolutely no pressure,no games, and no back- and-forth nonsense you normally get at dealerships. Ben shabib actually listened to what i wanted, stuck to my budget, and communicated with me the entire time He took notes, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Within a short time, we were test-driving the exact vehicle that matched my needs - and the numbers came back right where I needed them to be.Even stayed after hours late. The whole team worked together ta make everything smooth, transparent and quick. From the trade appraisal to the financing, everything felt clear anc straightforward. I left feeling confident respected, and genuinely happy with my purchase. If you're looking for a dealership that treats you like a person, not a transaction, this is the place. I highly recommend them - this is exactly how car buying should feel.

BEWARE!
BEWARE!!!!! I have bought cars from at least 20 dealerships and have never had a worse experience than here. So many problems that it is just crazy. 3 months after purchase and they refuse to send me my license plate and keep blaming the DMV for their own ridiculous incompetence. I can’t even drive the car because they said they can’t send me anymore temporary tags. I have asked to speak to a manager and they manager is actually refusing to call me and had the sales guy tell me I should call the DMV, even though they are supposed to file everything with the state! And that’s after I already had major problems with them during the sales process because after they agreed to sell me the car and we had a deal, their manager tried to sell it to someone else only for that to fall through and they came back and begged me to close the deal. They are unprofessional. They are rude. They are dishonest. But most of all, they are absolute morons. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAZY DEALERSHIP!

If I could give them one less star I would.
If I could give them one less star I would. A nightmare start to finish. From the $60,000 lemon they sold us to the xx of when we had to bring it back for it to be looked at. After leaving me waiting for 5 hours in the waiting room while they supposedly secured a rental for me, I arrived at the Hertz rental place where they informed me that I had to not only put a security deposit down on the vehicle, but that I also had to use my insurance and if anything happened to the vehicle, it was all under me not Ford. Do not, I repeat, do not deal with these people. Our brand new Ford Ranger with less than 1,000 miles on it shouldn’t have anything wrong with it in the first place and the fact that they did nothing to rectify the situation is ludicrous.
