Very friendly to their customers..but they need to put back the free sodas while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced because you are usually waiting at less 2 hours are more..it gets a little expensive having to keep buying something to drink..

Everyone was nice to us fair, accommodating and friendly until we ordered a cover for the back of the truck. Crystal in service was not understanding of my inability to walk far and would not help us by picking up the car for service in the waiting area.so we cancelled the order. Noah was great in teaching us how to use the truck and the fabulous app. We now start the car in the house using. the app and have it warm up for us before we leave, I love Ford cars and we love the Maverick! I wish the stock would do better!
