I purchased a 2022 Mustang GT in August 2025 from Koons Sterling Ford. The experience was Excellent! Rick Altunkaya was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I believe I got a great car at a great price. I recently took my Mustang in for service and met Service Advisor Adrian Castillo and Service Director Mike Daley. They were both friendly and very helpful. Adrian kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle. The service performed on my 2022 Mustang GT was OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you to the Service Technicians who worked on my vehicle and Adrian for keeping me updated and Service Director Mike Daley. Thank you KSF.

Be keen aware that the Koons of yesterday is no more.
Be keen aware that the Koons of yesterday is no more. The entire system was sold to Asbury Auto Group in late 2023. I had a decent experience with Koons Toyota in the past and expected the same from Sterling, only to be disappointed. When I purchased a Ridgeline at Koon in June, I was expecting to pay with a personal check like I had with my previous Koons purchase. I was told that they wouldn't accept any check other than I cashier's check, which I couldn't easily provide because my bank is out of state. Since my account is set up for it, I offered to wire payment, but they wouldn't accept that either. I knew they were forcing me to finance, so that they could get a kickback, but I wanted the car so I agreed. The finance company they set me up with was Westlake Financial. Google them, they have a long history of being true xxxxxxxx. I avoided issues with them until I paid off my loan with a slight overpayment. Those xxxxxxx are refunding it in the form of a "pre-paid virtual debit card," making it nearly impossible to get back the full value of the money I'm owed. Learn from my mistake and avoid any Koons dealership like the plague. Their processing fee is considerably more than any good dealer would charge, and their ethics are in the toilet.
