Worst Experience Ever with a Ford Dealership in my life!! Please be aware and be sure to take pictures and inspect your vehicle before taking it to Richmond Ford Lincoln for any type of service!! They are a CHOP SHOP , they are worse than street criminals! They will remove your original parts and replace them!! Beware!! I have all my original pictures and documentation. I believe in justice, Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong! Justice will be served!
