This has been the worst experience!
This has been the worst experience! Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to be lied to. 7 weeks and my car is STILL sitting there. Poor communication as to the work (lack of work) being done to the car. Provided unrealistic timelines. First two weeks, then when you call to check on the vehicle, another two weeks, then next week, and another week. Communication is lacking. If you want to be treated like the unwanted family member at Thanksgiving, bring your vehicle here. Otherwise. STAY AWAY!

Great customer service, so appreciative of Mickie(Service Advisor), Jeff(Part Manager) and the Tech that repaired my son’s vehicle. I would highly recommend them. My son broke down while traveling through Harrisonburg on his why to college, over 600 miles from home. They got the truck in, fixed, and got him back on the road. They didn’t over charged and worked with me all over the phone. There are still great people in this world. Thank you so much, from some very grateful parents!
