I would NEVER use Hayes Lincoln for service

I am amazed that Mark Hayes allowed his service department to tell customers that they have “bigger, money making jobs, and don’t have time to help us”. REALLY? I am asked at the lack of customer service, and I’m SHOCKED that Lincoln Motor Company allows their customers to be treated this way.

Wonderful experience with Jessie. It took some time as the Bronco was delivered to Hayes Ford but the next day had a recall and had to wait for parts, but I'm glad I waited.

Pick up and delivery service is fantastic. Everyone is very cordial and helpful. I would highly recommend this little gem hidden in Newport, Vermont.
